A Sautee Nachoochee woman was injured Thursday and airlifted to an Atlanta hospital after a one-vehicle accident on Cleveland Highway. The wreck happened at about 5:45 p.m. when the vehicle driven by Wanda Marcell Nicely, 42, ran off the road and overturned down an embankment, according to Frank Young, with the Department of Public Safety. Nicely was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle, Young said.
