A 25-year-old woman who was missing for more than an hour after last seen on her dock was later found drowned Wednesday night, officials said.

Officials were notified of her disappearance about 9:15 p.m., said Hall County Fire Chief David Kimbrell.  Her body was recovered from the water around 10 p.m.

The coroner's office identified the woman as Mary Elizabeth Davidson. The Hall County Sheriff's Office says she is from Cumming.

Kimbrell said the death will be investigated by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.
