Two suspects who stole tablets and cash from the North Hall High School main office appear in a surveillance video released Thursday by authorities.

The video released by Hall County Sheriff’s Office investigators shows two white males entering the office around 11 p.m. April 1. Both are wearing jackets with camoflauge patterns; one is not wearing a shirt.

“After going through several drawers and desks, the two made off with just a small amount of cash, but they did a whole lot of damage before they left,” according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Items also were stolen from two vehicles parked in the upper parking lot, Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Deputy Nicole Bailes wrote in an email.

“The two suspects also caused approximately $2,000 worth of damage when they pried open (another) locked door in the school,” Bailes wrote, adding that two iPad minis were taken from the office.

The suspects in the office burglary are also suspected in the entering auto reports, Bailes wrote.
