Firefighters responded early this morning to a fire at a mobile home on Mark Trail near Shope Road in North Hall County.

The call came in at about 3:30 a.m. and the home was fully involved in flames when firefighters arrived, Hall County Fire Marshal Scott Cagle said.

Cagle said the 12-by-50-foot home had been vacant for years and was being renovated.

Fire investigators are interviewing the owner and the person who was performing the renovations.
