Training is Aug. 12 for those interested in becoming court-appointed special advocates in the Northeastern Judicial Circuit covering Hall and Dawson counties. CASAs represent children in court, providing an advocate for those who are victims of neglect or abuse. They assist in helping find affected children a safe and permanent home.
