Participants in the fourth annual Polar Bear Plunge race Saturday from the shoreline into Lake Lanier to raise money for Special Olympics of Georgia.

All proceeds collected by “plungers” will benefit Special Olympics athletes.

Prizes were awarded for the best costume, highest fundraiser and highest fundraising team.
