Gainesville police are investigating a robbery that occurred this afternoon at a medical uniform store on Enota Drive.

Sgt. Johnny Ray said that at about 1:45 p.m. today a man entered The Scrub Shop in the 600 block of South Enota Drive, threatened an employee by saying he had a gun, and demanded money.

The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of cash and left the business, reportedly fleeing in a red car. There were no injuries.

The robbery suspect was described as a white male wearing a black sweatshirt and cardo shorts.
