Two Banks County Sheriff’s Office deputies are uninjured after a shooting incident Friday while attempting to approach a suspect wanted on a parole violation warrant. The deputies were approaching Malcody Dinges, 39, at 300 Banks Drive in Commerce when he fired a gun at the two. They returned fire, striking Dinges twice.
