Senior adults can enjoy a day of fun activities and learning thanks to Legacy Link and Lakeshore Mall. The two entities came together to sponsor the free program, Senior Health and Nutrition Day, specifically for seniors, as well as people with disabilites and their friends and family. Legacy Link previously held informative seminars for seniors once a month at the mall but wanted to expand them into a series of quarterly events that could reach more people.
