The Rotary Club of Gainesville is accepting nominations for its Man and Woman of the Year awards.

“The awards are for extraordinary voluntary community service and are open to anyone in the community,” Rotary President Rob Fowler said.

The nomination form and statement of criteria can be found at www.rotaryclubofgainesville.com. Nominations are due Jan. 12.

The award winners will be honored Feb. 14 at the annual Rotary Banquet.
