Healan’s Mill is in the midst of a makeover. The nearly 170-year-old mill, which was formerly used to grind up corn and grain, began its facelift in earnest about six months ago after months of planning and research which really started 12 years ago. “It’s going to be the pride of Hall County,” local architect Garland Reynolds said.
