The Norfolk Southern Railroad crossing on Ga. 52/Lula Road in northeast Hall County will be closed Monday for repairs, weather permitting. A detour will be in place and delays are expected in the area as work occurs, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation. To avoid the area, motorists would take Ga. 52 to Ga. 51 and then turn on Athens Street.
