State Court Judge John Breakfield announced Monday, Feb. 10 he is seeking a second term.
Breakfield was first elected in 2016.
“I have focused, and continue to be focused on: being fair, efficient, and hardworking. Each case is important and the people of Hall County deserve a judge that listens to both sides, follows the law, and treats everyone fairly and respectfully. Everyone is equal under the law,” Breakfield said in a statement announcing his reelection bid.
Breakfield lives in South Hall with his wife and two children.
“I care about the people of Hall County and I understand that I work for them. In the courthouse and in the community, my goal is to make them proud to have me as their State Court judge. I hope I have earned their trust in me and I am asking for their vote,” Breakfield said.
