A Sautee man indicted this month in a fatal shooting is facing a new charge from an incident two weeks prior, police said. Talon Lowery, 19, was served at the jail for a charge of misdemeanor battery by Gainesville Police. Lowery was indicted Nov. 6 in alleged connection to the shooting of Bryan Ramirez, 18, of Gainesville four days earlier.
