A person was killed in a crash Jan. 1 on the Interstate 985 ramp at Ga. 13. Shari Brown, 56, of Lake City was killed when the car she was riding in failed to yield when turning left from Ga. 13 onto the southbound entrance ramp to I-985, according to the Georgia State Patrol.
