A purchase and sales agreement for the Gainesville Business Park has been terminated at the request of the developer, Pattillo Industrial Real Estate’s holding company Stone Mountain Industrial Park Inc. But Pattillo remains a key partner in local development, according to Tim Evans, vice president of economic development at the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce. “(They have) been a great development partner in the community for more than 30 years,” he added. Last November, Pattillo completed a building in Gainesville Business Park off Calvary Church Road for its tenant, Wurth Group, which Pattillo will continue to own and manage, according to Evans.
