Two former administrators at West Hall Middle School were censured for manipulating Adequate Yearly Progress numbers in 2010, officials confirmed this month. Eighty-five students were improperly withdrawn from the school roll in the 2009-2010 school year, removing their standardized test scores from consideration in the school’s AYP standing. AYP was the accountability system under No Child Left Behind, which was waived for Georgia in 2012.
