Oakwood’s proposed residential parking restrictions will set a limit on the number of cars parked at homes.
After much debate, Oakwood City Council Monday night put off voting on residential parking restrictions, deciding to hash out the issue in a future work session. “We need to do something, but I would rather discuss this a little bit further ... and come up with something that not only is fair to our community but something we can actually enforce without a lot of problem,” Councilman Sam Evans said. The council agreed to the postponement following a lengthy discussion, including concerns from Councilman Montie Robinson.
