The number of uninsured Hall County residents has dropped to its second-lowest level in five years, according to recent numbers released by the U.S. Census Bureau. However, for the fifth consecutive year, Hall’s numbers are higher than ones for Georgia and U.S., according to the American Community Survey, which was released in September. The numbers are based on one-year estimates.
