Some of North Georgia’s typically quiet, peaceful farms were buzzing Saturday with visitors eager to learn about the businesses and purchase their products. For the fifth year, the public is invited to tour some of these farms, including eight new locations in the region, on the Georgia Mountains Farm Tour. The tour benefits the Georgia Mountains Farmers Network, a nonprofit organization that aims to bolster local, sustainable agriculture.
