Hall County rescue crews responded Saturday to a partially capsized boat at Sunset Cove on Lake Lanier.

There is no confirmation of injuries, and it appears the boat's occupants may have escaped harm, according to Hall County Fire Services Capt. Zachary Brackett.

The 20-foot boat was found partially submerged underwater. Brackett said reports indicated other boaters helped remove its occupants before responders arrived. No one has yet been transported for treatment, he said.

The Georgia Department of Natural Resources has been contacted to investigate the incident and the boat is being secured, Bracket said.
