Jason Deedale Pressley, 28, Nicholson, was arrested Thursday by investigators with the Gwinnett County Police Special Victims Unit.

A 10-year-old girl’s grandfather told police that she was approached by a man who exposed himself to her on Aug. 21 in the Duncan Lake subdivision in Buford, according to Gwinnett Police Cpl. Illana Spellman

The girl gave a very detailed description of the man and the vehicle he was driving, Spellman said, but did not get the vehicle’s tag number.

Gwinnett Police were contacted again the following day when the girl reported seeing the same man following her school bus, driving in the same vehicle, Spellman said. The victim was able to provide the tag number of the vehicle to police.

An investigator identified Pressley as a suspect in the case and charged him with one felony count of child molestation after an interview at police headquarters.

Pressley is being held in the Gwinnett County Detention Center without bond.
