Hall County Assistant Public Defender Brett Willis recently completed a teaching assignment at Harvard University’s Criminal Justice Institute.
Willis was invited to serve as a teaching team member for Harvard’s Trial Advocacy Workshop for the week of Sept. 3-6. He was recruited for the position by Professor Ronald Sullivan, director of the Harvard Criminal Justice Institute.
Willis was part of a teaching team instructing students in various aspects of criminal justice.
Willis has been with the Hall County Public Defender’s Office since its inception in 2006.
