Jackson EMC recently honored several local companies with its Right Choice homebuilder awards recognizing homes built for energy efficiency and comfort.
The program grants best in class awards and several community spotlight awards, along with a builder of the year and leadership award in each of three categories based on the number of Right Choice homes completed in a given year. The community spotlight award is given to Right Choice builders dedicated to energy-efficient construction.
Builder of the year awards went to: Clayton Properties Group–Chafin Communities, diamond class; Sterling Residential, platinum class; and J.W. York Homes, gold class.
Leadership awards went to: Mark Findley, Kolter Homes, diamond class; Phillip Cantrell, Century Communities of Georgia, platinum class; and Eddie Duran, Premier Residential Builders, gold class.
Community spotlight awards went to: Century Communities of Georgia, Kolter Homes, MB Endeavors, Brand Properties, KCG Development, Lexus Homes, Premier Home Builders, Clayton Properties Group–Chafin Communities, Meritage Homes, RWH Home Builders, Sterling Residential, Breckingridge Oaks and Rocklyn Homes.
