Natural gas customers in the Atlanta Gas Light service area can take their gas bills to the Hall County Extension office Monday to discuss how to lower them with a natural gas educator.

Leigh Anne Aaron, a natural gas educator employed by the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension, will review customers’ natural gas bills between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday at the extension office at 734 E. Crescent Drive, Suite 300, in Gainesville.

Aaron will show customers how to get the best plan possible and make sure they are receiving any special discounts.

Customers paying more than 70 cents per therm and have a customer service charge higher than $5.95 should consider meeting with Aaron, according to a news release from Hall County Extension Agent Debbie Wilburn.

Those who cannot attend Monday can still receive assistance by calling Aaron at 706-795-2281 or faxing their bills to 706-795-5460.

The service does not include Atmos Energy customers.
