More than 600,000 early ballots have been cast in Georgia, according to Secretary of State Brian Kemp. A total of 535,540 ballots have been cast in person, and 75,952 mail-in ballots have been returned as of Wednesday morning, Kemp’s office reported. Another 46,309 mail-in ballots remain outstanding.
