One person was burned in a boat fire Saturday at Holiday Marina on Lake Lanier. Hall County Fire Services Capt. Zachary Brackett reported the craft erupted in a flash fire while a mechanic was working on the engine. The 36-year-old man was transported by private vehicle to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Braselton with first- and second-degree burns to the face, Brackett reported.
