Looking to relax a little in the new year, or just hoping to set some healthy goals? Beginning in January, the J.A. Walters Family YMCA at 2455 Howard Road in Gainesville will offer medical wellness services to YMCA members and nonmembers alike. Services will include medical assessments for injury evaluation and nutritional counseling, massage therapy, physical therapy and post-rehab.
