Authorities have identified a man and a woman who were found shot to death Saturday night at Davis Street apartments in Clarkesville. Carol Ann Brown, 54, and James Robert Goselin, 46, were identified by Habersham County Deputy Coroner Kenneth Franklin Monday morning.
