Hall County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 50-year-old man Saturday afternoon who allegedly broke into a home and stole a bottle of water, hot dog buns and a CD player, according to the sheriff’s office.
As they were returning home around 1 p.m. Saturday, homeowners reportedly saw 50-year-old Robert Randall flee their residence in Gainesville Mill Village.
When deputies caught up with Randall at the railroad tracks near the victim’s residence he was carrying a CD player, hot dog buns and a bottle of water he had stolen from the residence, according to Col. Jeff Strickland.
