A 21-year-old has been charged in the Sept. 17 death of a Flowery Branch man in an incident in southeastern Florida. James Price, 41, was shot to death in Riviera Beach, Fla., a few miles from where he was staying in West Palm Beach, according to a public information officer with the Riviera Beach Police Department. Police spokeswoman Rose Anne Brown said police got an indication that shots had been fired in the 1600 block of West 28th Street a few minutes after 11 p.m. Price was found dead at the scene with a single gunshot wound.
