A 28-year-old man has been charged with molesting a girl, who disclosed the alleged incident to police years later, police said. Marlon Ivan Sarat-Vasquez was arrested Friday and charged with aggravated child molestation and aggravated sexual battery. Flowery Branch Police Investigator Robin Kemp said the girl was between 9 and 10 years old at the time of the alleged acts.
