A Flowery Branch man is being held without bond after a Monday night shooting following a dispute at his home. Filiberto Aguirre-Gomez, 44, is charged with aggravated assault in the incident in the 5900 block of Bailey Street, near Atlanta Highway, Hall County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Nicole Bailes said. Aguirre-Gomez is accused of shooting Tonya Sanford, who was at his home with her boyfriend to help Aguirre-Gomez’s estranged girlfriend move out of the home, Bailes said.
