A 19-year-old Gainesville man was arrested Friday in connection with a Banks County theft.

Gary Caleb Mealor was arrested on Thompson Bridge Road in Gainesville after Gainesville Police found him in possession of three shotguns and a rifle that were reported stolen in Banks County.

Mealor was charged with four counts of theft by receiving and booked at the Hall County jail.
