A Hall County man was indicted for his alleged involvement in a June 26 slaying, according to court documents.

Delwoun Quinntess Williams, 24, was charged Friday with malice murder by a grand jury. Cornelius Gordon, 24, of Gainesville, was struck in the head with a bullet on Barnes Drive.

Williams’ attorney David Hoffer did not return a request for comment.

According to the indictment, Williams is also charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, terroristic acts, possession of a firearm in the commission of a crime and participation in criminal street gang activity.
