A Lula man was accused of sexually assaulting a girl who was as young as 3 years old, according to authorities.Anthony Geissert, 28, was arrested by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office on July 5 and charged with aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery and two counts of rape.
