Lula City Council voted Monday night to spend $123,240 for a sewer line replacement project on Pine Street.

The project would be funded by the special purpose local option sales tax fund.

Lula will receive $2 million from SPLOST VII, which took effect July 1, with $1 million for water and sewer infrastructure improvements.
