'Zest for life': Hall County breast cancer survivors to compete in France dragon boat festival

At the end of August, a team of breast cancer survivors from Hall County and across the state of Georgia will take part in the 2026 IBCPC Dragon Boat Festival in Aix-les-Bains, France.
