The 7th annual Mitch Farmer June Jam kicked off Saturday afternoon with something new — 15-year-old Barron King’s animation dance routine to a couple of electronic dance mixes. The charity event’s goals, however, are the same as when local realtor Farmer started it in 2007, with this year’s profits going to the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Hall and Dawson counties. CASA provides legal advocates for child victims of physical, sexual or emotional abuse.
