Vision 2030, a community project of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, “was hatched in 2004,” Davis White told a luncheon group Thursday. More than a decade later, “a ton of stuff is going on with Vision 2030.” White, chairman of the project for two years, filled in for Melissa Tymchuk, the new chairwoman for the group, to talk about the various “big ideas” of Vision 2030.
