The sky was gray but the streets of downtown Flowery Branch were green on Saturday as the second annual Irish Band Jam brought a bit of the Emerald Isle closer to home. Visitors, many wearing green, milled through the downtown shops while musicians performed on Main Street. Growlers on Main, which sponsored the St. Patrick’s Day-themed event, also served up some green beer in the spirit of the festivities.
