James Burner enters Hall County Magistrate Court Monday morning after being charged with stabbing an acquaintance in the chest, leg and face.
A stabbing victim returned from the store and faced a man attacking him with a knife, according to a Hall County Sheriff’s Office investigator’s testimony Monday. James Burner, 39, of Flowery Branch, appeared in Magistrate Court Monday regarding an aggravated assault charge. Investigator Tom Wilson said he met the alleged victim at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, where he was waiting to undergo surgery.
