No charges will be filed against William Robert “Bob” Johnson, who the Georgia State Patrol said failed to yield in a Sept. 30 wreck that killed his wife, Nola “Erice” Johnson. Sgt. Anthony Coleman of the Georgia State Patrol said the Lexus driven by Bob Johnson attempted to cross the northbound lanes of Ga. 365 in front of Jaemor Farms and was struck by a tractor-trailer that then jackknifed and overturned. The couple were taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center, where Erice Johnson died.
