A public meeting to gather input on aging-related issues is set for Friday, Nov. 1, at the Gainesville-Hall County Senior Life Center, 430 Prior St. SE, Gainesville.

Legacy Link Area Agency on Aging in Oakwood is holding the 1 p.m. meeting, which will include an overview of Legacy Link services, a question-and-answer session and a brief survey for attendees to fill out before they leave, said Jennifer Almond of Legacy Link.

The Older Americans Act and state policy require the agency to conduct public meetings to hear from older adults, providers, elected officials and others about aging services, she said.
