Gov. Nathan Deal has appointed Hall County Solicitor General Stephanie Woodard to the Criminal Justice Reform Council. The Criminal Justice Reform Council’s charge is to conduct periodic comprehensive reviews of criminal laws, criminal procedure, sentencing laws, adult correctional issues and juvenile justice issues.
