The placement of mobile homes — and a supposed drop in property value — dominated much of the discussion Monday at the Hall County Planning Commission meeting. The commission took up an appeal regarding the movement of a mobile home unit at the Lake Lanier Mobile Home Park near Edgewater Terrace in Gainesville. The planning commission voted 3-2 to uphold the decision made by the planning department.
