A Gainesville teen died this morning and three others remain in critical condition following a wreck with a man accused of driving under the influence of drugs. Jonathan Flanagan, 22, of Dahlonega was driving north on Thompson Bridge Road/Ga. 60 near Price Road when he crossed the center line and struck a car carrying a woman and three teens about 9:25 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Georgia State Patrol. Cpl. Jonathan Munger reported Flanagan was driving too fast for conditions.
