Good News Clinics raise funds, celebrate volunteers at annual dinner

The banquet hall at First Baptist Church in Gainesville roared with gasps and laughter Thursday evening. Nationally recognized comedy magician Chipper Lowell entertained guests at a fundraising awards dinner for Good News Clinics Thursday at the church. Lowell has appeared on “The Tonight Show” and Disney Channel, and he called Good News Clinics “an amazing organization.”
