Building adds 2,000 square feet of rooms, offices

It will add 2,000 square feet of classrooms and offices, which also allows it to convert previous space into a physical therapy room. Its primary purpose is to provide a venue for patient education, support groups and counseling.

Gainesville’s Good News Clinics is set to complete construction on its new wing by the third week of August. The 2,000-square-foot addition has been under construction since late April and will create some much-needed space for the high-volume free clinic. “The primary purpose for the addition is to provide more space for patient education,” said Executive Director Cheryl Christian.
