A draft environmental impact document on the proposed Glades Reservoir project has been delayed again, this time until fall. Meanwhile, consulting and engineering fees continue to rise. The project’s tab now has hit nearly $14.5 million, including nearly $1 million in additional costs approved April 10 by the Hall County Board of Commissioners.
